a few months ago my account was closed on slots million, after I had deposited money for years, suddenly I wanted to pay out 750 euros, then they started to make it difficult she wanted to know how I got my money, presented me with no job so they closed temporarily my job until I had a job and sufficient income again, now I have a job again and sufficient income, they keep my account closed for vague reasons. So far so great!
So far so great!! I really don't see why there is so many bad reviews. I deposited £20 and won £800 from big bass splash. The only annoying thing is I cannot withdraw What I won beforehand. So far so good but if I have problems withdrawing I update but currently in pending.

Absolute scam of a casino
Absolute scam of a casino . I deposited £150 and won nothing not even a £1 win literally 150 dead pound spins . Stupidly I deposited another 50 quid and won 1500 so now the real fun starts . My account was verified by all of there verification documents. I deposited using pay pal there now saying they can't return the funds to pay pal .. its taken 2 weeks to get this far . There site is very very rigged even after winning 1500 I'd advice anyone and everyone to avoid this place . Please save your money and play somewhere else they will squirm any way they can to not pay you .

- verification process is horrible 
- live chat is only responding with programmed messages no matter what you are typing 
- withdraw is not instantly 
-website is extremely laggy and slow
-RTP is horrible, after 7,8 years of gambling never saw this low RTP, literally you lose no matter what!
People stay away of this casino, you'll have more money in your account if you don't deposit in slotsmillion

This is the most deceitful site I have ever used .
I have been playing and depositing lots of money winning abit and playing with it again. So it came to a withdrawal last week and the next thing they are writing to me to say they need the following documents:
* Proof of address
* Proof of identify
* Paypal screenshot
* Document Type Source of Wealth
Funny how they never asked for this when I was depositing.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE unless you want them to know your life finances, which I certainly don't. Plus you have to send them in certain formats ie. PDF, I haven't got this on my phone and not even my computer.
When I wrote to them to explain how I felt their response was very blunt and said as stated in our terms and conditions 3.1.10 we reserve the right to carry out due diligence or enhanced due diligence. As I say funny how they didn't ask for this when I was depositing.

No issues whatsoever with this casino, fast withdrawals (Skrill) almost all game providers bar play n go which I don't really mind. Why the bad reviews? I'm certain most are doing something wrong/breaking terms or can't handle losing, sad. Great casino imo I'd recommend it to everyone.

Wish never came across this site fed up with this verification system. No problem depositing they happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawals they want to know everything before they will process. Seriously stay away from this site. I’ve self excluded so I never have to encounter with any of their other sites if the have them.

I want to be fair so I will be. Verification process was like all other companies, can’t avoid it, was annoying but all cleared. Appeared to be all fine, but as usual with all these slot companies they hate paying out. Deposited £150 and won £200, so £50 is barely a life changing amount they have to part with. They lied to me saying there was a technical issue after 3 days, when 100% I know there was no issue, I also know this because some other people have complained about the same LIES. Thing is this is fraudulent and lying like this can get you into hot water and honestly they should be taken to court to face the appropriate punishment. Still haven’t received my money after 5 days now so do what you will with that information. Take my advice tho, only use the big firms, these scammer sites are no good regardless of bonuses etc.

Would recommend..good experience so far
After signing up and winning a nice amount I made a request to withdraw £1000. I had already provided my documents and was verified so this may have helped but within 48 hours the money was in my account. 
I was nervous after reading reviews here but have just received my 2nd withdrawal of £700, this was again processed quickly.
I recommend this casino. but with any casino remember only play what you can afford to loose.

Please for all of your sakes just avoid this company. I deposited £200 (lost it) I deposited (£100) won £550 so I withdrew it, only then did I realise I had used my boyfriends card to deposit because we have a shared account. I sent them over mine and my boyfriends documents for verification and to clarify that it was ok for me to use his card as it would come out of the same account anyway, they told me this WAS FINE, and they’d lot me off this once and commence with my withdrawal of £550 only to find out a day later that they’ve ‘changed their minds’ and have only refunded me my last deposit of £100. Disgraceful company, bunch of liars, DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT USE.

As far as trusted/regulated websites go this is correct and they do have quite a lot of choice when it comes to slots.
However the withdrawal time is very poor and is never instant. They tend to make you wait until you request a withdrawal or until you have deposited enough to make up for your withdrawal request.

Absolute joke . Avoid. They will do anything to hold on to the money , managed to get my deposits back but lost out on 500£ of winnings because of the one withdrawal at a time Policy , wich will give you enough time to take a chance and gamble it away . Customer service answer at their on pace sometimes in minutes sometimes in 3 4 hours , no one really knows or cares . I Had to produce less evidence for a mortgage then I had to produce for a 300£ withdrawal. I don't think they are scammers but I do believe that they are milking you all the way giving you lots of opportunity to lose and minim opportunity to withdrawal in a good time frame.

Better out there
Kind of regret choosing this casino and will be moving to another. You are only allowed to deposit £300 until your income is verified which is a good safety feature for new customers am not knocking that at all, however 5 days later and the document still hasn’t been reviewed meaning you can’t play or take up any of the new customer promotions you get spammed with, customer service are also fairly abrupt verging on rude at times and of little use. Will be moving my custom to a competitor. Can’t comment on withdrawal times etc as haven’t made it that far! Selection of games looks fairly good though.

Not paying withdrawal
Deposited £100 over a couple of days, sent my documents in, all verified and approved. Won £500 on a game so withdrew £400. Placed a deposit limit of £100 on my account. 24 hours later and withdrawal is refused and apparently returned to my account. It hasn’t been. No explanation except that can’t verify the account details? All docs say accepted! I’ve been playing and depositing for a couple of days. All a little too convenient. I wouldn’t bother with this site if I were you. I never leave reviews on anything but I am so angry right now.

Great casino - why the bad rating.
I totally disagree with the bad ratings. Normally i dont write reviews, but this rating is ridiculous. My experience was great. I wagered for a bonus in the past and got my money a few days later. Also always with other wins The customer support is kind and supportive. Much better then other casinos - trust me.

Terrible company - refuse to honour bonus emails
Terrible company. Received a welcome offer email but when I deposited my initial funds they failed to honour the bonus. Contacted them on chat and they said I wasn't eligible even though I had received the email.
Refused to tell me why I suddenly wasn't eligible.
I suspect their plan is to temp customers to deposit with the email, then refuse to pay the bonus in the hope that customer then just wager the deposit anyway as withdrawing the funds in such a hassle.

Horrible. I am still waiting for my withdrawal after having gone through their verification process and provided all the necessary documents. All documents were verified and approved, and they processed the deposit close to two weeks ago but I have still not received my money. They do not answer emails, at least they have not done so yet (emailed 5 days ago). Their customer support via the chat function said three days ago that they would have their finance team look into it and contact me within 1-2 days, but there has been no word from them yet. I hope they will solve my withdrawal soon, but I will never deposit or play anything else at this site. I would say there are at least 30-40 different casino sites that are better and more professional.
